Annual meeting of OSI Climbing
Welcome to the annual meeting of OSI Climbing. The meeting is open to all members.
There will be food and beverages for participants. Please sign up to ensure that there is enough to go around. Any questions can forwarded to our e-mail, or on our social media platforms.
Some of the main events are state of affairs, election of new board members, and setting new fees for 2026. A preliminary budget and activity plan will be given, but will not be voted over. Board members get free membership in OSI and OSI Climbing.
We will also open up for membership of the media committee, and the social committee. These roles have fewer obligations, and are meant as an option for those that want to contribute, but are limited in their time. For example, if you are interested in photography or throwing social events, this is a great option for you. The media and social committees are managed by the social media coordinator and event coordinator, respectively.
