Climbing trip to Hemsedal

Join us for a multipitch climbing trip to Hemsedal in September! We’ll be leaving On Friday September 6th early in the morning (7am) so we’ll have Friday, Saturday, and Sunday to climb. After we’ve finished climbing on Sunday we’ll drive back, and be home in Oslo some time late in the evening.

Hemsedal might be more known for winter activities such as skiing or afterski, but there’s also some great climbing! We’re planning on doing Skogshorn, Skurvefjell and Storehorn, where there’s several routes from grade 3-6 with 3-10 pitches. There’s also some sport climbing nearby, if we want to change things up one of the days.

This trip is concentrated on trad and multipitch climbing. You need some experience with this type of climbing in order to join this trip, but you do not need to be an expert climber.

NOTE: If you’ve never tried trad or multipitch climbing, this trip isn’t for you.

We do offer other trips and climbing activities that we of course would love you to join! 

Gear: We’ll figure out how much trad gear we have between us, so please, when signing up describe what type and how much gear you have, e.g. trad rack, ropes, alpine draws etc. If there’s any questions, don’t hesitate to get in touch!
